Returns:

Our return policy guarantees you to return your order within 14 days after receiving the products. We will refund the money of the returned item to you as a voucher. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items bought from our clearance sale can’t be returned or refunded.

If you ordered the wrong size you can exchange it for the right size. You can return the item and when we have received it, we will send you your new item. Please kindly send us an email and we will provide you with all necessary information regarding the exchange.

Please don’t use knives/scissors to open your package, you are able to just tear the package open.
Returns with scissor or knife marks will not be accepted! Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit with all tags still attached! Please ensure you’re not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant wich may leave marks on the items so please be careful when trying on products. Items with stains or marks on them will not get exchanged or refunded.

Trapped Thoughts cannot accept returns on items purchased during a giveaway clearance or sale!
